Changing Phone Number and Currency Geo-Location

Hi, 

 

I have a website selling products to the USA, UK and AUS. At the moment I have a US number at the top of the store, is there any way in which I can get the currency to change depending on the location of the ip address that is visiting the site, and along with this as the currency changes so does the telephone number. So the UK number will show when its in GBP, the US number will show when its USD and so on.

 

This is just so customers in the different locations have more confidence in contacting us, if anyone has had any similar idea or any sort of solution to this adaptation then it would be great to hear.
