How do I remove/disable "Write a review"

We do not want to have a review button in our product page.  Other carts have a switch to turn this feature on and off but can't find one in Prestashop 1.6. Couldn't find the tpl related to this feature either.  Seems this should be a fairly simple step.  Any help greatly appreciated, thanks!

Never-mind I found the Module to write a review,

For others searching the same: it is the module product comments. Simply disable or deinstall.

I have another problem Version 1.3.7.0 , I can not find where I can aprove the comments because in the module is not showing up this option. Where I can find to aprove comments on this version? Thank you.

??? Latest product comments module version is 3.4.0. You are talking about which module  with version 1.3.7.0.
