Mr.Victor Posted January 26, 2010 Share Posted January 26, 2010 My issue seems to be a common issue but I've yet to see any official resolution to the problem. It doesn't seem that the PrestaShop support team gets too involved here on the forum but maybe it's just the threads I am reading. The issue is that I keep getting “The connection was reset” when I try to access the BO. Although sometimes it will log me in but when I click on any tabs it will again give me “The connection was reset”. After doing extensive searching here on the forum, I have found that there is a similar problem with customers getting this error on their second logins in the FO. I went and cleared the cookies in my browser and it fixed the problem but I'm guessing once I try to log into the BO again I will start to get the same problem.
