amagan
Hi allWe are starting to use Prestashop as our Online store for our business. Internally we already have an ERP, OpenBravo, to manage Procurement Management from providers, Sales distributions to customers and Wharehouse management. We are linking OB to Prestashop and we are almost done, however we have a small problem with the update of the order in Prestashop once the order is being shipped by our internal ERP OpenBravo.Let me explain how it works. A customer makes an order in Prestashop, and that order is in there until the Payment Status is "Payment Accepted", then the order details are moved to the ERP, managed and shipped. What we would like is to move the information back from ERP to Prestashop so the customer can check in the Prestashop application that his order has been shipped, I mean updating the Status of the order to "Shipped".We have tried to change the column "delivery number" setting it to '1' and also "delivery date", however in the Prestashop screen the laber of the "Status" field in the Orders is still "Payment Accepted" and we need to go to the order manually and change the label in there manually also.Is there any way that through an ETL we can modify a DB column in a table that would set the label to "Shipped"??Thanks a lot in advance
