301 Redirect problem in .htaccess

As part of our site 'redesign, set up yesterday, a passage from 1.5 to 1.6.0.9 and http to https, we have prepared all the redirects for each URL, following tree change and EAN.

 

But when we wanted to redirect all 301 (1289 in total between products and categories) we got an error message and a non-site display: Error 500.

 

The semantics of our referrals are, I think, right. See example below.

and again the site is inaccessible with message: the site has a redirect loop.

 

I also read somewhere that the redirection was run natively on PS 1.6, which not only intriguing, but poses a potential problem in that I do not know how he does it; I need to know if this is really the case, and how?

 

Questions:

-Are We limited by a number of line redirection, although over the .htaccess is lour and this in thérorie penalizes loading speed of the website?

- Where is the loop redirection conflict.
