mr b
Hi guysApologies if this has been asked before (I tried to search the forums).I've got a shop that doesn't carry any stock. It simply receives orders from customers and then orders the products from suppliers and the delivers them to the customer. So the default way Prestashop handles products is with a stock count. I want to be able to get rid of this. I know you can turn it off in the backend so that the stock amount doesn't shop on the front end and then you can turn off the email that gets sent to the customer (the one telling them that the order is placed but out of stock) but I still need an email to be sent confirming the order.Any ideas on how I can set this up? There must be hundreds of other shops out there that run like this. Thanks in advance
Axxies
Yeah, I am in almost the same situation. I do have some stock but not for all.I would guess that the easiest way would be do you to set an "infinite" stock for the products you sell, but even better would be if there were some interface between Prestashop and your dropshipping partner's website. Burhan BVK
In preferences you can disable stock management, so the quantity will not be decreased.
