Customer messages not showing complete in back office

Hello!

using Prestashop: 1.5.6.2

I had sucesfully added 2 extra fields in my contact form with this tutorial:

they work, they get saved in the database and sent to my email.

My issue is, even before adding this fields, the messages i receive from the contact form are not being showed in the back office.

Back office shows me the list of messages but only a few, and when i click on them to open them, nothing is visible (as attached image)

Is there anything i could/should do or look at?

or any suggestions.

I do see the messages in the database, just not in the back office

Any idea what i could/shoul do? the fields do get send to my email tough, so im not completely sure what is wrong

Unfortunately i need those fields in the contact form.

They do are being sent to my email, so i'll have to work like that meantime.

So I assume we are referring to the renderView function?

If so, it is complaining about the validity of $messages

foreach ($messages as $key => $message)
            $messages[$key] = $this->displayMessage($message);

and $messages is established by this line of code.

        $messages = CustomerThread::getMessageCustomerThreads($id_customer_thread);

So you need to add some debug statements to determine if $messages is a valid array.
