No customer info received by Paypal after Credit Card Payment

No customer info received by Paypal 

 I just today started Excepting CC on my store
Im using the PayPal USA & Canada module 1.3.8

It seams that when PayPal "Advanced" is checked to start excepting credit cards
When the customer checks out, Paypal does not show any customer information such as address

Is there an answer for this problem ...........?

Yes there is
I just purchased Presto Changeo PayPal Advanced module

Im using PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0

But now heres another problem
I dont see anywhere to update my PayPal API credentials

Hi Rick,

 

We had the same issue and we actually found 2-3 different fixes, but paypal would break again after each fix, then we would find a new fix etc. But for us when our paypal module was not sending order and customer information to the back office the main fix for us was this....

 

1) have you changed any TRANSLATIONS or text on the front end? Because with us we were changing on the of left column sections text from something like ''Filter by'' which is the generic text from prestashop and changing the text to ''Narrow By''. Doing this was for some reason was creating a duplicate empty paypal folder. Here is what my developer said when we finally fixed this issue.

 

''Changing the translation creates translation folder for paypal in theme/modules, which overwrites the paypal text content to blank. Due to this paypal module stops working''
