How do I configure the contact page (Form module - BM Services)?

I have just bought the Form module from BM Services, which say it doesn't need any configuration.

 

But how do I edit in my contact form on the contact page? I'm pretty new to Prestashop.

 

Any help is much appreciated

 

UPDATE: No need, I figured it out

 

I can't edit the title, so: # SOLVED
