Galce
Hi. I had configured my own domain as the instructions said. I configured my DNS with the A record pointing to the correct IP address. Now in my browser I can see my store if I write "mydomain.mx", but I cannot see my store if I write "www.mydomain.mx" What else should I do? 0 moy2010
If you have access to the FTP, you could edit the htaccess file to redirect the traffic to mydomain.mx
0 Julien Bourdeau
Hi Galce, You can add the domain www.mydomain.mx the exact same way you added mydomain.mx. Once it's active just select it as your primary domain. Feel free to ask our support team through the "support" tab. You have 10 free tickets to ask questions about your PrestaShop Cloud.
