Prestashop 1.2 to 1.6 upgrade - Change in URLs

I upgraded from Prestashop 1.2.5 to 1.6 version.

CMS content is ok but I have problem with URLs of categories (and products).

For SEO purposes I want the exact URLs they were before migration.

But the new version has category Root and category Home. In version 1.2.5 there was only one of them and due to it the URLs are different.

I can change them manually but then all products must be rewritten too.

 

And the main problem when I decrease ID of all categories then Root is gone and shop is gone too.

 

Last solution I have is to decrease all IDs by one except the lowest. Then rewrite the lowest category via .htaccess.

Does anyone have better solution?
