luisfer91 Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 Hi, I am trying to disable cache through backoffice as I want to update prestashop from 1.5.4 to 1.6.0.11 using 1 click upgrade module. I cannot update it as everytime I try to disable cache through backoffice it gives an error saying it cannot change configuration files. I have checked config/settings.inc.php file and permissions are ok: 644, I have also tried editing settings.inc.php to disable cache from there but nothing happens. I am updating in an online shop, what I mean is before update, a test has been realized in a local xampp and everything worked ok. Any idea? luisfer91 Posted February 17, 2015 Author Share Posted February 17, 2015 (edited) Just was able to disable cache, it seam settings.inc.php was not uploading correctly, anyway, I was updating with 1 click module, got an error in CONTRIBUTING.md file and since then I have a blank page in prestashop, any idea?
