Urgent - Webshop give the following error message - help

HI ALL. 

 

I have a problem with my prestashop. i am still running 1.4.9 and it have been working very well until a few days ago. i get following message when i try to place an order just before i want to pay:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

If i am not logged in the authentication page docent show up either? 

Any who know what to do and what can cause the problem? the website is hosted by unoeuro, have been in contact with them but they don't know what the problem is.

you will want to find the underlying php error then you can search on this for possible solution.

Without the underlying issue, it will be difficult/impossible to solve.  Make sure to check your error log from hosting control panel.  You should also follow up with your hosting to help you find the actual error and how to display.

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

 

in /config/defines.inc.php to see the error.
