Big problem with speed and payment methods

Hello,

 

I have a multishop system with 6 websites and 4000 products running on prestashop 1.6.0.9. In the beginning it worked al fine and the payment methods worked good.

 

Now are the webshops very slow and it fails on the last step of each payment method (getting white screen). At this moment i can´t get payments from my customers and i am really struggling for quite a while with solving this problem.

 

By reading a lot of forums i have updated the speed a little bit but the problem with the payments are still there. I have called with the producers of one of the payment modules and he said it had something to do with loading time by google analytics.

Feel free to place test orders cause i really need your help for a solution.

Blank page has nothing to do with google analytics.

I suspect some modules hooked to actionValidate order to be the root cause of your problem (but could be other things).

The blank page occur because you server (wisely) timeout on the validation.

 

Please also note that your module blocksearch is enabled but you theme seems not to provide the required field for it to works.

I checked it and the only module hooked is email notification. So i think the problem should be something else.

Try disabling email notification as a test

Once in about 20 times the payment can load and it works slowly... but most of the time its going to a white page.

 

any suggestion on how i can fix this?

Your template does not match what the module expects have a look to blocksearch/*tpl either in the themes/<theme-name>:modules/blocksearch or modules/blocksearch

 

This has not impact on your blank page behaviour

Sorry, unless hands-on will be difficult to help you further

enable dev mode and you will see the error message instead of the blank white page.  search the forums on how to enable dev mode

I would like to enable DEV mode but if i change the line in defines.inc.php no error report is showing.   This also worked before. Now i am really stuck with this problem..

Pach the 1.6.0.9 native bug on PrestaShopAutoload.php

Disabling filesystem cache

reset the cache

 

Problem solved.
