About friendly url and home category

Hi All,
I have problem with friendly url. My language is Turkish and names of my products have special characters like –ş-ö-ç-ğ-ü-.

I want that my system convert url like this;

/1-yumuşak.html ----> /1-yumusak.html

How can I do this?

And one question more; how can I edit the name of HOME category?
