Internal Server Error problem, can't access the site

Help me please, I can't access my site at all, I using prestashop for 3 months and somehow today I can't open the site at all.

I contacted my webmaster and they said about CPU overload or something like that, don't really know what does it mean. They ask me to fix the web or the problem will rise again.
So how to reduce CPU load or just make it lighter? I have around 800 products.

It is definitely a server issue.
