ros75
Hi I have configured Prestashop 1.6.0.11 but all the email arrive with broken links: They are all like the following: x-webdoc xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx/%7Bguest_tracking_url%7D?id_order=%7Border_name%7D" Am I missing something? Everything is configured as default. R Edited February 13, 2015 by ros75 (see edit history)

sueshi
This only happens when you edit the mail templates via Localisation > Translations. I think, it´s a bug coming from TinyMCE-Editor which saves the { and } encoded. I downloaded all the mail templates (html only) and replaced the encoded brackets in my local editor. Upload et voilà - everything ´s ok. But keep in mind: You MUST NOT edit the templates in the backend again
