Help - Configuration Carriers

Hello,

I'm having trouble configuring and freight carriers.

Ex: I have a carrier that meets a specific State and have registered it in the regions.

In location and freight costs configured the collection according to the total weight of 0 to 5, with 0 to 10 kg etc, everything set up just for this State. When will terminate the request, on part of the freight he says:

There is 1 error
There is no available carriers who deliver to the address selected.

This is probably because you did not assign your carriers to your warehouse.

Possible solution:

Go to your backend page and click on Stock --> Warehouse

Edit your warehouse and add your carriers to your right side.

 

Probably all your products are added to this warehouse, but if there are no carriers assigned to this warehouse, then no product will be neither.

I checked if the carrier is configured for the products of my stash, and is active. I believe there are some setting missing.

My version is 1.6.0.11.

So what you are saying is that all your carriers are activated for your warehouse and all your products are linked to your warehouse.

In that case, can you send me your backend login credentials on PM so I can take a look at your backend?

Doing some testing in the store I realized that Prestashop is not recognizing the regions registered, he recognizes only South America and not my state/country like São Paulo. I need him to acknowledge the delivery in the State and not from the "mainland".
