Offline Ordering System

Hi,
I am new in Prestashop.
I need help i have to develop a site that accepts orders from offline iPad's and tablet's and then sync when they are re-connected to the internet at the end of the day.

I don't know of anything that will do that, hopefully someone else will come along. But I did want to ask the question - Why offline? You can log into the back office using an ipad that has a wireless or 3g connection, then the order would be live

 

The problem with offline is that you would not be able to control stock. If you had 1 item left, and 10 people were wandering making ofline sales, when you sync at night there would be insufficient stock to cover the orders

I have a system just like 10-15 people are working under me.
They have to take orders form villages where no 3g and Wi-Fi facility available. I want that when they come back to office at the end of the day and they connected to the Wi-Fi then all orders automatically submitted.
