Center pic editorial

I want to center the pic of "Editorial" Block (on the HomePage).

By default, the pic is on left.

Can someone said me what folder, what code line, and what code to insert to center this pic ??

Got the same problem here. I "solved it" by just resizing the picture so it looks as if centered. I have searched a long time for this too so if you get the answer by doing it in the code I'd love to know how it should be done.
