Insert a customized product from an external page

I had wrote a new thread asking how I could make the client "customize" a box of chocolate cookies.

But now I have a new idea to solve the problem. But I need to know this:

Is it possible, in PrestaShop, to add a product from an external page (html or flash movie, etc) directly in the cart?

I need to "communicate" directly with the PS cart, so that I could add an externally customized product.
