( Solved) Tracking Number does not appear in mail sent to customer on 1.6.0.11

Tracking Number does not appear in mail sent to customer on 1.6.0.11

 

When I insert a tracking number in order in BO , The customer get mail  no problem with that but the tracking number does not appear in mail .

I have seen the same issue and for other version 1.5.3.1 for exampe, and others,  and they give a solutions to try,  but i dont know if  it is the same for 1.6.0.11.

Can someone has the same problem and has a solution ?? for the 1.6.0.11

Do you want the tracking number to appear?  (Pretashop does not do this, so you would have to customize it)

 

Or do you want a link that includes the tracking number to appear?  (Prestashop does this, but it requires that you configure the carrier properly)

Thats i am looking for this little customized code , and the carrier link with the @.

and the final code into the transit template to work for  1.6.0.11 version.

i make the follow

 

 i just put the follow code <p> Tracking Number is here  {shipping_number} </p>  into the in_transit template

and then i put in the BO the tracking number and i click update.

the prestashop send to me at once the email with the tracking number  with this simple code.
