Did anybody know a good a program to make banners with photos an text with animation?

I want to use a free program or open source program. I prefer one with templates.

I also can see a paid program if will not to expensive

Hi. Try gif animator and photoshop

photoshop is very expensive program

i need that everything that a us to create the banner will be legal and not pirate and not to much difficult to use.

Try the photoshop clone, gimp

I just have that program installed but i do not know that it will be possible to make animatted banners with him ....

I will give a look and try to do it

You can save a layered image as an animated gif using GIMP. Just google it, you can easily find tutorials on it.
