Verification emails not working

HI,

 

My customers are not able to access their passwords via 'forget password'. The link sent in the email to reset the password goes to a blank page.

 

Also, i have a pop up newsletter module and a normal newsletter module where after someone subscribes to the newsletter, the link in the verification sent to them also goes to a blank page. 

 

Anyway ideas why this is so and how to fix?

Sorry to hear about all your trouble with cloud.

 

What is your website ?

 

Will try to register and check reset password link.

 

Edit: Found link in other topic.

 

To me it is working ok. Link is correct, but this is maybe just me, it was not clickable, but pasted link worked.

After inspection it had wbr tags in few places, but not sure that have to do with anything.

Do you still have the issue?
