birdbath
Hi AllI have been working on a new shop via MAMP for a few days now and want to add it to a live test server. The server I am adding it to has many wordpress templates on it so I thought presta would work fine (or is it just me)I uploaded a fresh install of prestashop and went to the directory in my browser to install it and it returned a white blank page.I did the same think I did with MAMP but I just cant get it to read the install folder. Can anyone tell me what is causing this problem and how I could possibly fix it.Thanks in advanceBB
jcmarcos
Exactly my problem: I successfully installed Internet Information Server 6 (plus "FastCGI"), PHP 5.3.1 ("VC9", non thread safe), and MySql 5.1.42, and then PrestaShop 1.2.5.0.I enjoy what seems to be a fully working back office (although it shows that apparently unimportant "Path is not the same between your browser and you server"). But all I get is a blank page when I attempt to enter the store's front office. I see no log file, what can I do?
balee007
Hi Jcmarcos and Birdbath,Have you tried out something for this issue? I have just got the same. I moved my shop to a new host. Backend works fine, but frontend shows nothing...Thank you,
jcmarcos
Hi balee007. Sorry I can't help you, I just reply to you because I hate when people don't answer me. I forgot how I solved the problem, and my company acutally ignored my efforts with PrestaShop, so the test site I made got dumped, and I no longer use PrestaShop.
