address alias name on dublets

Hi there

Im trying to to find out where is the address alias name generated.

OPC module is automatically naming address "address 100"

but if simular name allready exist, its adding a random number like "address 100234" and I'd like to change it, so its maybe A or B or C ... etc

I been trying to find the code that perform this, but I cant find it.

Please give me a hint, thanks

Are you using any paid modules for the OPC experience?

 

The alias is not a unique key in the database, so it can be 'duplicate' if it already exist. I just went through the latest code (1.6.x but should also count for 1.5.x) and I cannot see any code in the vanilla prestashop distribution that sports any proof of this issue.

I found out it was my OPC module that did it.

I just override that few lines and its fixed
