Prestashop - issue import csv non-latin language

Hello,

I am currently developing an persian e-commerce with prestashop but i am facing 2 issues.

1) I am looking for importing a csv file with Persian font inside of it.
When I do the operation, the upload goes well, it is just that the font is not properly interpreted, it is showing only underscores "_____" like that.
I guess there some ISO normes or something that could solve the issue.

2) I would like to be sure that when I upload the 2 different files (one in english, one in persian) It is still referring to the same product ID.
