I also have my traditional shoes estore working for more than 50 yearsNow we began to sell quite good on line, but we do not have an strong brand. So for us the custumer confidence its a key factor. More over where my customer opinions are all realy good. We focus on custumer careI sell on my ecommerce and also in amazon. And both we really good opinions (arround 100 opinions in Amazon and 100 more in yotpo)You know some module to show this opinions, the agregate rating of both of them in my products pages. When someone reach my e-commerce, usually he goes directly to the product.
