instalation in /prestashop folder

Hi,

I would like to install my prestashop in folder www.myshop.com/prestashop because there are a lot of files and folders in presta, and I have some others folders on my server, and it make me mess.
So my questions are:

1. How to do it, to install on the www.myshop.com/prestashop and to be seen on the www.myshop.com (in the navigation bar too)?
2. My site is well positioned, whether such installation will not affect the posiotion in Google, etc.?
3. Are there some files whith one I should put in main folder (www.myshop.com)?
