Email templates corrupted

I am trying to set up multilanguage prestashop cloud instance. I have come to translating email templates. When I save some text translation changes to email templates all email templates become corrupted: {shop_url} become "%7Bshop_url%7D".

 

As a result received emails looks like this: 

When I try to change corrupted source:  it is not working!

 

How to fix this?

Hello,I can't test your isssue because sending mail is not working on your shop.To restore the default settings you need to look at the e-mail you have received from SendInBlue when you opened your shop.
Then, connect to your SendInBlue account and you'll be able to get back your personal parameters.
After, you just need to set them in your shop back-office in "Advanced Parameters" > "E-mails".

I double checked - "sending mail" is working. I sent a test email to: [email protected]! You will see in test mail my problem with templates.

I hope to have your support to solve it.
