Can't access admininistration

I am new to prestashop so please be patient with my question

I have just uploaded my shop from my local server to a web server

I can open website and frontpage is working

...but go to admin I get the message :

For security reasons, you cannot connect to the Back Office until after you have....

I have changed name of admin folder
I have deleted install folder

Only thing i have changed before upload was settings.inc.php

define('_DB_PASSWD_', 'pass');

If anybody can help me through this I will be happy

Hi! I had same problem, my solution was base folder "admin" deleted. Folder "adminXYZ" stay. Don´t forget backup!
