robotzki
Hi, I have a problem with my layered navigation block. It only shows 6 standard filters, even though i have several product features and attributes activated in my catalogue. I have tried several things like resetting the module, or turning friendly url on/off, but no luck. I have also not been able to find a similar topic on this forum. Any knows what the problem could be??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! http://i62.tinypic.com/4rufyq.jpg
robotzki
Nobody has had a similar problem? It seems to be some problem with my server installation. I have tried to make a localhost install on my computer and the module works fine. I also tried to delete my server and do a fresh install with english language and as standard abd no changes to backoffice whatsoever, and module didn't work. My server address is a non www. page, but surely this cannot be the problem ? I am not getting any errors when indexing the module urls.... It is realy weird, when i reset the modulem, the pre-made template shows 12 filters = active, but only 6 filters available. If i make a new tempalte, only the 6 filters are available. helldog2004
Make sure your backoffice and frontoffice are running on the same URL. For example frontoffice is running on localhost/prestashop and backoffice is running on 127.0.0.1/prestashop. Make sure both are running on localhost or the IP adress. Maybe this will solve the problem if this is the case. Cheers, Henk
robotzki
Cheers Henk, As far as i can see backoffice runs from exact same URL, is there any files in FFT i can double check this?
helldog2004
is there a possibility I can check your backend and frontend to compare the two with eachother? If so, you can always PM me. But with this information so far, I can't see any problems.
robotzki
So it turns out the problem was with the admin account. When i created an extra superadmin account and logged in through that account, everything worked just fine. Thanks so much for your guys help! For me it sorted itself out, maybe if someone has a similar problem they can use this for reference
