Error on Quick Checkout & Updating Order Status

Hello, 

I face an error: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save account Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: error

When a user tries to Save his details on quick check- out.

 

I also get a "Technical Error" when updating order status in the back-office:

 

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

But the status does not get updated on the order.

 

Please anyone assist me with the errors.
