Can't write smarty becouse of write -rule

I'm using Presta 1.6.0.9 and Buy Shop theme.

After instalation there is nothing - blank page and hen I changed  CCC to CSS "Yes" I have a message:

To use Smart Cache, the directory must be writable.

With server administrator I changed write permision for 777 but it won't change nothing.

 

Could you help me - no idea what's going on.
