Squashed footer and left column items

Hi,

I also had a problem with displaying the left column on the product page but followed this thread and fixed it - https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/400271-solved-cant-get-left-column-on-products-page/

 

There are 2 problems I am still having. One is that even items that are disabled in the Advanced Theme Settings such as Manufacturers it still appears in the left column. It seems like some items can be enabled and disabled and some do not work. 

 

The other problem is that the footer where Contact block, Twitter block and Facebook block looks great on the homepage, blog pages and category pages, but is squashed up into a left hand column on cms pages and product pages. I have contacted theme support and they said this was a Prestashop issue.

I can see what your problem is using firebug but I'm not sure what is causing it nor exactly how to fix it. The issue is that Custom Block Social module is missing the closing </div>. This is causing all other modules in the footer section to be included in the first div. Perhaps uninstalling/installing would solve your problem. It is hard for me to say for sure as I'm not familiar with that theme. 

 

Hopefully this will at least get you started in the right direction.
