Lpeek Posted January 7, 2010 Share Posted January 7, 2010 Hey! Until a few days ago the product pages viewed counter on the main admin home page worked fine! But suddenly it stopped counting? It hasn't increased in about 4 days, yet in that time ive have plenty of orders so customers must be looking at products.Before it stopped it was increasing by around 100 views a day, so I'm certain it's not that people just arent looking at product pages...Any thoughts?Thanks! Lpeek Posted February 14, 2011 Author Share Posted February 14, 2011 As embarrassing as it is, I dont like to admit, lol, but I found that the counter doesn't automatically update to view the new month/year you are in. so you have to click the 'month' button next to the counters. I had to configure the module Data Mining For Statistics as shown in the attached screen shot. I can't remember that I had to do that in the previous version.
