resize image

need to resize the image both of the products and my category.
i have already go to set up menu but eas not enough
need a step by step procedure

please advise.

Hello ischiera and welcome

To resize images go to Back office > Preferences > Images

Change sizes in products and category.

Scroll down to Regenerate thumbnails select desired image size and click button Regenerate thumbnails. Wait for it to be done. It can take some time if you have many images

I know this procedure as it is on the manual.

still the image are the same.
of course I went to Back office > Preferences > Images
i have tried to change the numers in cart-default, small-default, medum-default, home_default --but stil the image have the same dimensions.

it is this relating to the template..?

i think i need a step by step procedure to enlarge the image or may be you can do for me but need to be in every sub- menu.

dear sirs,

i have another issues

the social icones  after "connettiti social" are disappeared below.

not onlly but also information like the tel number is disappeared.

 

this happens with firefox but not with google chrome

in other word the "block social" block seems not to work properly.

is there anyhting you can do.
