Include Tax Id in Registration

Good Afternoon

We would like to include a "Tax Id" field in the registration form, as our customers are companies we need to invoice to, and in Spain Invoices must have a TAx Id.

I see in the address form of the registration page, there is a field for Company Name, however we would like to include this Tax Id field also. I have readed in some posts that there is a module that can provide this field, however did not find any link to this module in any of the posts.

Does anyone know about the existence of this module, or could help us with this situation?
