Upgraded from v1.1 to 1.2.5

No problems as such i.e. Catalog and Back Office both work (I created a backup of the DB before upgrading just in case).

HOWEVER the appearance has gone a bit funny. The 'right hand side column' and 'footer' have disappeared and the top section displays slightly jumbled. I've tried moving blocks in back office/modules/positions but it doesn't solve anything. Every time I move a block that appears on the left over to the right - it disappears!

I don't have any modules that aren't 1.2.5 compatible and no matter what I do I cannot change the appearance of the shop. I tried installing the 'Earth' theme but that displays with the same problems and minus the the background.

Anyone have any suggestions before I have to do a 'clean' install?
