n_s_simpson
Hi Everyone I'm using PS 1.6.0.11. I'd like to hide the Avail Column in my checkout because I allow ordering regardless of stock levels so now everything shows as "In Stock" at the checkout. I simply can't know for sure if there will be stock because I rely on around 12 distributors to fulfil orders but not all of them give me a stock feed so while I know if something is in stock, I don't know for sure if it isn't. Therefore I need to remove any mention of "In Stock" at the checkout. Is there any easy way of doing this? Cheers Nick
NemoPS
Are you using a custom template or the default one? Basically, you have to get rid of it in shopping-cart.tpl and shopping-cart-product-line.tpl, then reduce the colspan attribute on all the other rows on the first file I mentioned
n_s_simpson
Hi Thanks for the info. I'll get our IT [spam-filter] to sort that straight away. I find it strange that if you accept orders for items not in stock (as far as PS is concerned) then it'll come up with "In Stock" at the checkout. Cheers once again. theeddy
Bump. I have the same issue. I allow out of stock purchase, but even if the product is out of stock on the product page, it says "In Stock" in the checkout summary. I could remove the row content, but in the <thead> there is still the "Avail." column. I can't get it out of there. I am using prestashop 1.6.0.9 with custom template. I already tried to negate every $PS_STOCK_MANAGEMENT if argument, but no matter what changes I make to shopping-cart.tpl, they do not apply. I have cache deactivated.
