Zaika Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 Hello, clicking on Compare under the product does not increase Compare from 0 to 1, and thus I am unable to compare two products. I have installed 1.6.0.11 and ensured that all modules I use are updated. In category view, under the products there is a compare button. When I click on compare button, nothing happens+ Compare counter is not incremented, no matter what I do. I tried it in Chrome and FF and it is the same. I found somewhat similar thread here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/3938[spam-filter]product-compare-not-working/ . I am upgraded to the exactly same version as mentioned in that post, but to no avail. I tried enabling and disabling Google Analytics module. Did not help. What bothers me: seems to be everyone is complaining about getting Page 404 or white screen when clicking that big COMPARE button. In my case, I cannot even get the product to be selected for compare: I click on compare (right next to wishlist) and nothing happens! Even white screen would be better than this! Please help!
