Register redirect bug_Urgent

I have a prestashop redirection problem.

When a new user finish the register steps in my website and click Register button, it cannot redirect to anywhere, the address field show the below link and the page is blank white, normally it should redirect back to my account. How can I fix this

 

 

I try to turn on  the debug mode, but nothing comes out, the redirection page after I click register button  is still empty.
