Resently paypal has stolen our money, just because we could not send them invoices for 5 trasactions, which were not issued since the shop did not work out due to some unknown reason (no problem with you, developers, this is not your fault). So now our money are lost and no way to get it back. My family - me, 3 children, are now with no food and no way to pay for our house. We do not know what future wait for us but i beg you, do this:All i want you to remove paypal advertisement from your shop and logo from it and set a logo from http://nopaypal.com website. Because we and you did not know how paypal cheats customers! When i got my account limited and after 2 weeks of emailing paypal and calling support i understood - there is no way to get the money back because paypal uses robot to send emails and support is outsourced (no real Paypal support and NO REAL POSSIBILITY TO EVEN CALL paypal office, since it is hiden!!!!) I started to browse google answers for paypal and i found this web site (nopaypal.com) which clearly shows who is paypal and how they STOLE your money! Do not hope to unfreeze your account if you don't have at least 1 document they will ask from you. As soon as you tell them you do not have it - forget about your money!URGENTLY WITHDRAW all your money from paypal to your bank accounts and call your bank and ask them NOT TO REVERCE this transaction in any way unless there will be your personal agreement, since the money paypal can take off your bank account without your agreement! And paypal can take your money becuase you (although most of you did not read it) have electronically signed the agreement with paypal!Find a better alternative and post on your own forums about this fraud and please please please, spread this message as many times as you can to prevent the paypal from stealing your or your family money.Informed = protected, if you know what can happen you can always prevent it, so please, do it!We can stop paypal, and you can help us because they live for OUR money! And we can force them to change their policy because it is criminal one. Remember customer can simply contest, whithin xx days, with no reason, to the credit card organism or paypal the charge will then be reverted. This protects customers from seller's fraud. Also remember customer pays in advance and trusts you will deliver. In same matter you should trust your customers, they will not contest charge.In litigation it is up to the seller to prove that the delivery was done properly and charge is justified. Usually they (credit cards and paypal) will ask for such proof ! So be ready to show or abide !I'm sorry such things happens, and I'm glad this protection exists !Imagine a shop that would charge my credit card for thousands and I never ordered nothing ! My customers wrote email to paypal stating they received the merchandise and have no problem with me. they ignored all their letters!Paypal does not even tells why they blocked it!The PROBLEM IS - THEY JUST BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT, not a single transaction!!!When i uploaded all the proves they asked me for more and more documents untill they got answer - i do not have it, since then they to not reply to my emails and in every robot email i get request to upload document which i do not have and as the PS they say - we can not gain your access to your money untill you send us this document. And how i can get the document if i do not have it?You are happy that protection exists untill you join the list at nopaypal.com believe me.I was paypal member since 2004! Support is outsourced, they do not know neither phone or address where is paypal office, they only say to my lawer that they are an outsourced company with Agreement with paypal not to disclose their contacts...
