polybush me
Hello Everyone, I hope someone could help me or know if what I'm trying to do is even possible! I have done a search around but cannot seem to find anything about this. I have a shop up and running, only started using prestashop a couple of weeks ago. I'm running the latest version. I created a folder in the public_html/img/p/ and uploaded my product images to it using filezilla. I then uploaded a .csv file of over 300 of my products and they work fine however, some of the products I have uploaded did not have the images for them in the image folder so these now show a question mark. I have uploaded the images to the img folder with the name required which matches my .csv file for the img url but they still show the question mark. I performed an image regeneration and it made no difference. I also set it to "force comilation in Smarty whilst I am working on it. Does anyone know how to reload the image URL Links? I could delete ALL products and reload the csv and now the images are in the folder they will show but I don't want to have to delete all products everytime I've missed uploading an image to the folder. I've tried to explain as best as possible! Any info would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards Simon

polybush me
Hi Safa, Yes my images are in a folder /img/p/superpro folder and the .csv image url is set to the same. If I upload the csv AFTER placing the images in the folder it works no problem, but if Ive forgotten some images and then I place them in the image folder after I have uploaded the .csv it still shows the question mark. I suppose I just have to import the .csv file again each time? Many Thanks Simon
