Dunald
Beginning to panic now.Have reset the password but still will not go into the back office. Any suggestions?Have one.com and tested prior to install Joomla but I never got into the back office at all. But I've been running with Prestashop for a month without any problems (until now).Someone who has experience in script "newadmin" available here:http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/32238/help_configuration___use/toolnew_admin_account_dot_or search for "newadmin" in the forum.Where should this script be? Same as now renamed my admin folder?Should I change the script in any way?Or can I just add it to my ftp-folder
KIH999
In your secret admin-folder..Remember long password..If this don't work, i guess you have another problem regarding login, (not admin-DB-settings that is corrupt)..The Tool uses exactly same functions to add adminaccount as the installer.. Dunald
Is my secret admin folder my renamed admin folder? When you say "remember long password" what do you mean? Do I select a new password when I try to log in or do I change my password somewhwere before I try to log in?
KIH999
Yes, your renamed adminfolder..The PrestaShop-script have a "minimum length"-check for password, if it's not long enough you will not be able to log in even if it is the same as you created.. KIH999
Yes, you can check if it exist there, but password is impossible to read and recover. This tool is handy when you forget your password and are not able to create new because of the "timelock"

KIH999
Check if you have a record in emplyee-table with phpMyadminSeems like it's not there..The error you get indicate that it can't find a record that match email & password, or any record at all..
