kristrygg Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Hi, We've a store setup - MP3Accompanist.com, and we regularly have customers using the customer service contact form to upload attachments. However in the back office -> customer service, the attachments never appear. We've confirmed that the attachments are being uploaded, and linked to the message, but there is no button/link to access them on the bakc office -> customer service -> view message page.
