Error installing SEO Expert on Prestashop Cloud

Hi i just bought the SEO expert module from addons but am unable t install it,

I get an error that says: 

2 errors 

1. There was an error while extracting the module (file may be corrupted).
2. Module SEO Expert can't be upgraded: Error on extracting the latest version

I'm installing it via connection to prestashop addons on the prestashop cloud store backoffice.

 

Please advice.

Did you make sure the version you purchased is compatible with your PrestaShop version ? 

 

I also advise you to contact the developer of the module directly from the product page by clicking on "contact the developer".
