icyhot Posted January 26, 2015 Share Posted January 26, 2015 Some items' prices reduced by $20 but never entered any discount. Anybody experiance the same thing? I am using 1.4.x This happened very recently. I have been using prestashop for almost 3 years now. It is very strange because I never assigned any discount. Nothing is under the prices tab. icyhot Posted January 27, 2015 Author Share Posted January 27, 2015 Actually I noticed that all the items are reduced by $20 if it does not have any discount added to it. For example, $15 priced items will be -$5 and $20 items will be $0 and $25 items will be $5. but once you apply discount either by percentage or amount. they show the currect price after the discounts.
