renamed_account_45578
The tabs in the back office appear but when clicked MOST do not display anything in the form/data are below them, instead the message "Tab does not exist" or just left blank. Is this a token issue? Why do some tabs work while others do not?One of my favourite tabs, "import" is also broken. What is the problem? Am I the only one? Thanks in advance
renamed_account_45578
MissNuance had the same issue. Read her post here:http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/18849/help_installation___upgrade/category_tools_not_appearingUnfortuantely she hasn't logged on since. Wonder if she gave up!Guess I'm not the only one, and I don't want to give up.
presta-dyr
You can try to export your database and import it to a fresh installation on another host. I can recommend XAMPP so you can use your (Windows) PC as test server./Kjeld
renamed_account_45578
Thanks but would this really be a db problem? The products all come up fine. It is a back office problem. What I don't get is how the database could affect the TABS, considering I haven't changed anything since my last upload which was successful.I'm thinking it a token issue, and is there a way to view my tabs individually by typing their URLs with or without tokens?
