renamed_account_45578
Hello Great PS Forum!Thank you for the help in the past. Now it is my turn to post and I would like to resolve this issue ASAP...Problem:----------I logged into Back Office today and for the first time I could not access certain tabs, all the IMPORTANT ones. The tabs themselves appear but the data beneath them in the white region reads: "Tab does not exist" or is left blank. This is puzzling since I have not made ANY changes since my last Import, which worked fine. All products display properly in front office!Investigation:---------------The following are the only tabs which, when clicked, DO display the correct forms and data beneath them:Catalog:-Attributes and groups-AttachmentsCustomers:-Addresses-CartsOrders:-Delivery slips Payment:-Currencies-VouchersShipping:-Carriers-CountriesStats:(none!)Modules:(none!)Employees:-Permissions-Contacts Preferences:(none!)Tools:-Aliases-CMSThe rest are missing. Tools/Import is one of them.Conclusion:-------------I am wondering if there is a simple solution given that some work while others do not?For example, why do only Aliases and CMS appear? Could this be a token issue?I have tried using a different login with same results. Please help ASAP. I cannot find help in the forums and I need some optimism after this giant headache. rocky
Topic mergedThis can occur when Prestashop fails to install or upgrade properly, or your file permissions somehow got changed. Go to Tools > Tabs and check that all the tabs are listed. Click on the Edit button next to a tab that is displaying as "Tab does not exist", then check what is written under "Class". Make sure that this file exists in your admin/tabs directory and it has the right permissions to be read.
